Overview

A classic finish with origins in Italian art and decoration

Marmorino Naturale is a coloured, vapour permeable, lime putty based decorative coating for interiors and exteriors. It allows the quick and straightforward creation of the finish commonly known as marmorino: an elegant textured coating whose beauty first came to the fore in ancient Rome and has evolved to the present day through the work of the professional plasterer. Each trowel mark becomes an artistic design, an indelible texture of natural beauty.

The thickness of the product makes it possible to decorate while covering small imperfections at the same time, saving the cost of screeding the surface. It creates a stable bond with the substrate and preserves the vapour permeability of the whole wall structure, while impeding the development of moulds and bacterial colonies.

Although ideal for traditional interiors, Marmorino Naturale also creates original finishes suited to a more contemporary style. It has a low odour level, is non-flammable, and is friendly to both people and the environment.

Two grain sizes, matt or polished

Marmorino Naturale is available in two grain sizes, allowing either a fine or a more textured effect. Both can be left matt or given a gloss finish through the application of a self-polishing topcoat. The four combinations below cover the standard specifications.
