When you open a trade account
Trade account applications require business and contact details. Where we assess an application for credit, we may carry out checks with credit reference agencies, which will keep a record of that search.
When you use this website

6. How long we keep your data

- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: retained for a reasonable period in case you contact us again, then deleted
- Customer and order records: retained for at least six years after the end of the relationship, to meet accounting and tax requirements
- Project and technical records: retained for the life of any applicable system guarantee and for as long as we may need them in connection with product liability
- Marketing contacts: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you
Where data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
