Licata Pre Bagged Waterproofing System
LBS Spritz & Bonding Mortar
Licata Spritz & Bonding Mortar is a pre-bagged kiln-dried blend of aggregates, cements and waterproofing admixtures blended to deliver optimal performance and durability. It’s ideal for internal waterproofing of below-ground structures, of inground pools and other water-retaining features, for basements, vaults and cellars and for the waterproofing of tunnels.
LBS Spritz & Bonding Mortar provides robust resistance to hydrostatic back pressure in negative or positive water pressure situations and can be applied to wet substrates if necessary. LBS Spritz & Bonding Mortar is applicable to both interior and exterior structures where it produces a fully bonded waterproofing barrier.
For use with old flooring substrates including concrete, aerated concrete, stone, cotto, bricks and cementitious materials in general as long as water absorption is neither absent nor excessive.
LBS Render Mortar
Thanks to WT additive LBS Render Mortar is ideal for structural waterproofing. It exhibits high and stable adhesion even in reverse water pressure situations and is suitable for structural operations. Easy to work with, with minimal hydraulic shrinkage that protects from passing through cracks.
Choose LBS Render Mortar for structural waterproofing rendering of walls, structural reinforcement of plain finish horizontal and vertical finishes, concrete and mortars eroded by humidity, protection from water penetration and structural or non-structural concrete.
For use on walls and floors subject to water erosion, plasters, concrete, aerated concrete, bricks, stone, cotto and cementitious materials in general provided water absorption is neither absent nor excessive.
LBS Finishing Mortar
Use LBS Finishing Mortar for waterproof reinforcement of walls, mortars or concrete degraded by humidity, refurbishing of structural or non-structural concrete as well as protection from water penetration. LBS Finishing Mortar is completely water-repellent thanks to WT additives. It is suitable for structural applications due to its outstanding resistance and its stable adhesion, even in situations where reverse water pressure is present.
Its minimal hydraulic shrinkage prevents passing through cracks, its thixotropic adhesion makes it an ideal finishing mortar of overhead works and it is easy to work with, reducing application times and related fatigue. LBS Finishing Mortar repels water, resists mold, mildew and algae and reduces maintenance costs by reducing the need for recoats.
