LicaPlan is a pre-mixed, ready-to-use floor screed from Licata — a medium-fast drying mortar based on high-resistance hydraulic binders, selected sands and specific additives. This floor screed is suitable for floating and bonded applications at 3 to 6cm, including over underfloor heating coils. Certified to UNI EN 13813 CT-C25-F4. Walkable after 18–24 hours, tilable after 24 hours.

Ready to Use — No Site Batching
LicaPlan is a pre-mixed floor screed — simply add water on site. Eliminates the inconsistency of site-batched sand and cement screeds and ensures consistent binder-to-inert ratios every time, delivering reliable final performance.
Underfloor Heating Compatible
LicaPlan floor screed can be laid directly over underfloor heating coils — minimum 3cm thickness over the panel castellations. Ideal for new-build and renovation projects where wet underfloor heating is being installed.
UNI EN 13813 — CT-C25-F4
Certified to UNI EN 13813 performance classes CT-C25-F4 — compressive strength of 25 MPa at 28 days and bending strength F4. This floor screed meets the structural requirements for all standard residential and commercial floor applications.
Controlled Shrinkage
Dimensional stability is guaranteed by controlled hygrometric shrinkage — reducing cracking throughout all phases of the floor screed life cycle, from the plastic phase through to full curing. Less cracking means less remedial work.
Floating or Bonded
LicaPlan floor screed can be installed as either a floating screed (minimum 4cm, on a separating layer) or as a bonded screed (2–3cm, using LicaLatex bonding slurry) — one product covers both installation methods.
Medium-Fast Drying
Walkable after 18–24 hours — significantly faster than traditional sand and cement screeds — this floor screed minimises programme delays between the screed and floor finish installation.

LicaPlan is Licata's pre-mixed ready-to-use floor screed — a medium-fast drying mortar manufactured with high-resistance hydraulic binders, selected sands and specific additives. It replaces traditional site-batched sand and cement screeds with a consistent, pre-dosed product that simply requires the addition of water on site — eliminating the risk of incorrect binder-to-inert ratios and ensuring reliable performance.
This floor screed is certified to UNI EN 13813 CT-C25-F4 and is suitable for both floating and bonded applications at thicknesses from 3 to 6cm, including over underfloor heating systems. Controlled hygrometric shrinkage minimises cracking through all life cycle phases.
Floating or bonded floor screed?
Floating Floor Screed
Minimum 4cm thickness on a separating layer (polyethylene, PVC or similar). Overlap sheet edges by at least 20cm and seal joins. Turn sheets up on walls above screed thickness. Includes underfloor heating applications.
Bonded Floor Screed
2–3cm thickness directly bonded to the substrate. Requires LicaLatex bonding slurry (1 part latex : 1 part water : 2 parts LicaPlan by volume). Apply slurry to substrate and lay the floor screed while the slurry is still fresh.
