NEW BUILD – RESIDENTIAL

Colonial House is a multi-occupancy residential new-build in central London. Adopting a multi-finish combination facade, the architect wanted to reduce risk and liability by opting for a single source supplier.

Licata Building Systems were selected to supply the Licata FireSafe external wall insulation system, however the system was finished with a multitude of options. Brick slips, renders and even rainscreen were incorporated in the design and Licata fulfilled all the requirements.

The system achieved a U-value of 0.039w/mK and a fire classification of A2 across all elements and finishes of this complex facade.
